Matt is the owner of Recovery Construction and manages all commercial and residential construction management projects. He combines years of field and office experience to offer all customers and clients a tailor-made process for their projects. Matt’s enthusiasm for the contracting business is an attribute he brings to every every project and a quality he shares with each member of his team.
Warren Phillips, Property Development Manager
Warren heads the Property Development division at Recovery Construction. He is responsible for investigating, planning and managing renovations of single and multifamily homes in New Haven County. His background in research and development, along with his involvement in the community, helps our team reinvigorate local neighborhoods. Warren’s attention to detail ensures that our custom homes are the best on the market.
Matt Czaplicki, Project Manager
Matt leads the Insurance Restoration division of Recovery Construction. With a background in contents inventory, fire and water mitigation and general reconstruction, Matt has first-hand knowledge across the entire industry. From the estimate, to the settlement, to the rebuild, Matt streamlines the entire insurance restoration process.
